Return & Exchange Policy
Depovet MMC Online Pet Store
This policy defines the rules for returning and exchanging products purchased from the Depovet MMC online pet store.
1. General Terms
We care about the quality of our products and our level of service. If a purchased item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
2. Return Period
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
3. Conditions for Returning Products of Proper Quality
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

the packaging, seals, labels, and original condition are preserved;

4. Non-Returnable Items
For animal safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

personal hygiene products for pets;

items with damaged packaging affecting their safety;

custom-made or specially ordered products.
5. Return of Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to:

partial compensation (by agreement).

6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, you need to:

Send the product to the specified address or hand it over to a courier.

7. Refunds
